The goal of individual mental performance coaching is to enhance performance, involvement, and enjoyment of sport and physical activity. Concepts such as goal setting, focus, relaxation, imagery, motivation, and many more are taught in order to create more consistent performance and confidence in training and competition, as well as adherence to exercise programs, and to help individuals realize their potential.
